Program structure
The Finberg PSTP offers comprehensive training through mentorship, fellowship planning, and a curriculum specifically designed to prepare trainees for careers as physician-scientists. Training culminates with successful research funding and a transition to a career as an independent investigator. Below is a table that outlines the program structure. Beyond the primary program components, the training program also offers several incentives and benefits to our trainees. Learn more about program incentives.
