BD FACS Melody Florochrome Selection Guide 

The BD Melody cell sorter is housed in it's own Baker BSC. It is located in our BSL-2⁺ room in the flow cytometry core. The Melody has 3 lasers with 12 parameters (4B 5V 3R), using a 100µ nozzle and capable of 2-way sorting and plates. This easy to use sorter is available for self-sorting for investigators who have completed the training session described on our training page.
