Employee Assistance Program

The UMass Employee Assistance Program provides confidential, free, personal assistance.

The EAP does not rely on funding through your health insurance and does not share your information with health insurers. The EAP assists with a variety of personal issues, including:

• Mental Health and Trauma
• Alcohol/Substance Abuse
• Domestic Violence
• Family Issues: Relationships, Parenting, Separation/Divorce
• Workplace coaching to assist with conflict resolution, managing change, and workplace incivility

The EAP also provides:

• Legal and Financial Consultation for personal matters
• Child Care Information and Resources
• Senior Care Information and Resources
• Anonymous Online Mental Health Screening
