Future plans: Keeping an open mind in terms of specialties but I am definitely interested in international surgery work!
Why UMASS?: How could you not! I knew the training was great but for me the family among and between residents and attendings was very important to me. The interactions I engaged in and witnessed at the pre-interview dinner was beyond beautiful. A surgical program with top notch training and relationships that exist as is here at UMass is very very hard to come across and I feel so blessed to be a part of this institution and growing family.
Favorite thing to do in Worcester: So far taking walks around my apartment area, but once I find a bowling alley, it’s a wrap!
