Surgery DEI Grand Rounds
Annually, the DEI in Surgery Task Force extends an invitation to a speaker with the goal of nurturing a culture of inclusivity, equity, and diversity within the Department of Surgery. This discourse unites professionals, experts, and thought leaders to delve into critical issues, share insights, and inspire positive change. The event serves as a dynamic platform for dialogue, education, and a collective commitment to cultivating a workplace that genuinely values and celebrates differences."
