The UMass Chan Medical School accepts applications from residents and non-residents of Massachusetts for the M.D. and MD/PhD programs. All applications are reviewed by the Admissions Committee, which is composed of 25 voting faculty and 4 student members. Applicants who are invited for an interview are given a tour of the Medical School by students. Students who are interested in giving tours or serving on the admissions committee may contact their student representatives or Karen Lawton.
