Please describe the desired images (magnifications requested, size of smallest object to be image, number of images per sample, if time lapse or z-stacks are required, how images will be analyzed, etc.)
*
If these samples are to be imaged on a specific instrument in the SCOPE (i.e. Leica SP8 Confocal), list the instrument here. If no instrument is specified, the SCOPE will be in contact to discuss potential instruments.
*
Does the imaging request include sample preparation? If so, please describe or attach the planned protocol for sample preparation. If sample preparation is required but the exact protocol is unknown, the SCOPE will be in contact to discuss potential protocols.
*
Upload a PDF of the desired sample preparation protocol here (if applicable)
Does the imaging request include image analysis? If so, please describe the desired image quantification and output data.
*
If the imaging request includes image analysis, select how this analysis will be run.

FOR EXTERNAL USERS ONLY: By clicking this button, I confirm that I have an approved Biosafety Form on file with the SCOPE for this sample type. The Biosafety Form can be downloaded from the Forms and Resources page on the SCOPE website (https://www.umassmed.edu/scope/forms-and-resources/)
Yes
The SCOPE images samples as received. We will work with users to obtain the best images possible given the submitted sample quality. Dirt, fibers, air bubbles, non-flat tissue, and other sample quality issues will result in poor images. By using the SCOPE imaging service, users agree to pay all imaging fees, regardless of resulting image quality.
