Imaging Showcase 2024 - Off Campus Visitor Form

Thank you for joining us at the 2024 Imaging Showcase! We cannot wait to welcome you to the UMass Chan Medical School Campus. 

We are requiring this quick registration for all participants visiting our campus, this includes all members from presenting vendors and any off campus visitors. This will help the UMass Chan Security immensely and signifcantly expedite entry to the campus.
