NAME: Lisa Tucker & Bossman Owusu Area: Hahnemann Diagnostic What is the problem/waste? Spending to much time rooming clinic patients when we have a box full of patients to image. Idea: Lisa and Boss worked on a "map" for the hand clinic. This will be given to the patient upon completion of the exam to ensure the patient makes it to the correct room and we can continue with imaging the remaining patients. Idea: Ordered 4 wipe boards for the mammo sites, placed in a centralized area so that all staff can add to it. IE: room down, need to order pens, etc... Date the idea was implemented: 9/28/2018 |

NAME(S): Jason Wilder AREA: University Clerical - Scheduling What is the problem/waste? X-Ray Order transcription and scheduling very time consuming for multiple x-ray orders. Idea: Created job aid to show how to schedule/scan multiple orders at once and also how to utilize the same HAR for all orders to only require one registration.
