Family Appreciation

Dear Dr. Puri,
 
I wanted to pass on the appreciation of the family of [a young man ] on whom you performed an angiogram yesterday. As you may know, he died today of his injuries and he became an organ donor. The family found solace in donation because they knew XXX would have wanted to help others in this way.
 
When I spoke with his mother today she said that the “doctor who did the angiogram was so nice to us.” It may be a small statement, but to her, in the midst of her grief, she so much appreciated each of our staff members who were kind to her and her family and thus supported them during this devastating event.
