A thank you letter to David Rex, MD, PhD in the Division of Interventional Neuroradiology.

Dear Dr. Rex,

I would like to thank you so very much for your care during my treatment last July. My symptoms of the spinal fluid leak resolved immediately after the blood patch that you performed.

Your attention and concern meant so much to me. It was such a help that you spent considerable time discussing the leak with my husband. You also spent a good deal of time reviewing my myelogram and pinpointing the exact locations of the leak.

You were so very kind during the procedure, keeping me very comfortable, and before and after the procedure, you kept both my husband and me well informed.
