What is the problem/waste? Patients sometimes get turned away because appts. (specific - consults) or procedures are not scan in Soraian/iDX. Why is this happening? Idea: All Leads at Memorial are receiving daily email updating patients on precaustions. In Ultrasound these will be posted daily on the Ultrasound office for the staff. Angio at Memorial - Problem with orders for outpatient being lost and/or misplaced in surgical admissions Idea: Designate a bright green folder for all orders to go into and be delivered every afternoon by centrans at 3:00 PM to surgical admissions. There is a sign off sheet on the front for our nurse to sign and write how many sets of orders there are and a spot for receiving nurse in surgial admissions to do the same.
