About the Radiology Residency Programs

Welcome to UMass Chan Medical School Radiology Residency web site! I hope this site will help give you a sense of our program and training at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

We aim to provide a supportive educational environment for residents to develop a strong foundation in Diagnostic Radiology that will allow them to excel in private or academic practice. We provide an extensive “hands on” clinical experience, a strong educational program and the opportunity and resources for research and teaching. As a resident, you will be a part of the UMass Chan Medical School and have access to all the resources of this world class medical school.

In addition, we are pleased to offer both an Early Specialization in Interventional Radiology (ESIR) program and an IR/DR integrated residency program.
