Motor Vehicle Accident Reports and Other Public Records
Public records can be requested for any accident, arrest or incident that occurred on the UMass Chan Medical School campus. Pursuant to 2017 Mass. General Law, all public records request are strongly encouraged to be filed electronically. When doing so, please provide us with a valid email address that is checked frequently. Once your request is filed, you will receive an email confirmation of your request and our response will be sent to you via email.
