Notice your surroundings and your physical presence in the here and now.
Where are you in time and space?
Perhaps you are sitting at your computer or
checking emails on your phone on your walk between meetings.
Take this opportunity to check in with the body. How are you feeling physically?
Notice with compassion as you listen to your body.
Let it tell you what it needs... perhaps it’s asking for a moment of rest, a glass of water,
or simply a nice deep breath to recharge.
As you honor whatever it is you need in this moment,
observe any feelings or emotions that are present.
Be kind as you bring awareness.
Simply bring light to what arises – no need to change anything.
Allow the feelings to flow with each inhalation and exhalation of the breath.
Observe how they transform as you pay attention.
Notice the guidance these experiences lend as they inform you of what is called for now.
With authenticity and intention, allow this inner wisdom to guide the actions
you can take now to fulfill, express, and be the best version of yourself.
Let go of expectations, honor and accept where you are now, and observe the transformation that unfolds!
