gently observe what are you feeling physically... and emotionally.
As you settle in more deeply to the present, be here with complete attention and curiosity.
As you breathe in, feel the sensations of your chest rising and your rib cage expanding
to create space for the air to fill your lungs - as you exhale, notice a sense of softening and peace that arises as you become more aware of your body.
Now check in with the heart - what emotions arise for you?
Without judgment, pause and be with what is present here.
Notice yourself as the mindful observer of this experience- there is no need to change anything.
Allow the heart's wisdom to guide you in connecting to what really matters now.
With intention and compassion, observe this sacred space you have found
through the art of pausing and practicing mindfulness.
This space of presence that is abundant and beautiful just as it exists now.
