2020 Brain Bee
Congratulations to Tej Patel from Billerica Memorial High School. Tej was the winner of the 14th Annual Central Massachusetts Regional Brain Bee competition and the Andrew M. Sheridan Young Neuroscientist Award. Asked how he felt to have won the Brain Bee, Tej had this to say. “Thank you to Dr. Benjamin, Dr. Weaver, Dr. Rosen, the Sheridan family, and all of the volunteers for running a truly wonderful event. Winning this award has furthered my passion for neuroscience and has deepened my interests in the medical field. It was an honor to compete against such talented students and I am eager to proudly represent UMass Chan at this year’s National Brain Bee!” Tej will compete at the National Brain Bee competition March 27-29, 2020 on the campus of Northeast Ohio Medical School.
