Program Highlights

Fellows education is an integral step towards lifelong learning.  We have a "Team Approach" and fellows give input into the program changes and curriculum. Beyond clinical training, our Department wants to ensure that our residents and fellows are fully prepared to succeed in their careers and be leaders in the field. Towards that goal, we have special efforts regarding diversity inclusion and equity, teams and team building, communication skill-building, organizational management, quality improvement, advocacy, professionalism, ethics, and career planning.
