Fried Egg Avocado Toast & Apple
Yields: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- ½ mini avocado
- 1 large egg
- 1 slice of whole wheat bread
- 1 apple
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Toast slice of whole wheat bread
- Slice avocado
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in small pan
- Crack egg into pan and cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes
- While egg cooks, use a fork to smash avocado on toasted bread
- Season with pepper and salt
- Add fried egg to top of toast and serve with an apple on the side
