Broccoslaw
Makes 6 servings
1 pkg Broccoslaw
2 bunches Scallions, chopped
½ cup Sunflower seeds
½ cup Almonds, slivered
2 pkgs Ramen Beef Noodles
Dressing
½ cup Olive Oil
½ cup White wine vinegar
¼ cup Sugar
1. Put top five items in large bowl
2. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over slaw
3. Top with crushed ramen noodles.
Per serving (241g): 393 Calories, 30g fat, 3.4g sat fat, 26g carbohydrate, 9.6g protein, 6.6g fiber.
