Angel Fund for ALS Research Gala and Award Ceremony

The Annual Angel Fund for ALS Research Gala, which benefits ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) research at UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester, was held at the Medical School on Saturday, October 5, 2024.

The Angel Fund for ALS Research presented The Angel Award to Dr. Anastasia Khvorova (center) in recognition of her contributions to finding a cure for ALS. 

Rich Kennedy (left), President of The Angel Fund, presented the award along with Dr. Robert Brown, Jr. (right) of UMass Chan Medical School and co-Scientific Advisor of The Angel Fund.
