Lan Qin, MD, PhD, Director of Clinical Strategic Initiatives (CSI)

We are excited to honor Lan Qin, MD, PhD, professor of neurology, on her recent promotion to Director of Clinical Strategic Initiatives in addition to her current roles as Director of the Neurodiagnostic Center and the Director of the Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship Program. 

Dr. Qin has been a member of UMass as a resident physician since 1998, and a member of our faculty since 2004.

When asked how she feels about her promotion, she shared one of her favorite quotes. "Open your arms to change, but don’t let go of your values," Dalai Lama.
