Poster Information
Poster Size
Each presenter will be provided with a 4-foot hight by 8-foot wide poster board. Poster boards have a 2-inch metal frame. Thus, dimensions of the useable work area are 44 inches high by 91 inches wide. Posters must not exceed those dimensions.
Display
Posters must be mounted for display by 12:30pm on Friday, April 17, 2015 and taken down between 7:30pm and 8:00pm on the same day. Pushpins will be available.
Discussion
Poster viewing and discussion with authors is scheduled for Friday, April 17 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, during a wine & cheese reception. Authors are expected to be present at their posters during this time.
Award
Judges will be evaluating posters for the Best Poster Award, which will be announced at the Business Lunch and Award Ceremony on Saturday, April 18, 2015.
