Kathryn Edmiston Named 2024 Community Clinician of the Year by Worcester District Medical Society 

Kathryn Edmiston, MD, associate professor of medicine and medical oncologist in the Division of Hematology/Oncology, and director of the Bob M. Quinlan, MD Breast Center at UMMH, has been honored by the Worcester District Medical Society as the 2024 Community Clinician of the Year. 

The Massachusetts Medical Society reported that Dr. Edmiston is “known for her leadership on the Cancer Committee and IRB where she was able to advance the modern treatment paradigms for Breast Cancer care and advance new treatments and trials,” and further celebrated her for her dedication to her patients and their families.
