We currently carry several DNA repair knockout mouse lines including AID, UNG, MSH2, APE2, and APE1 heterozygotes, all fully backcrossed to C57BL/6.

We have generated many retroviral expression vectors with wild type and mutated forms of AID, UNG, APE1 and APE2 mouse proteins in PMXPIE and pMIG.

A whole genome RNA profiling database comparing GC and cultured B cells at various timepoints after activation will be available here pending publication.
