Inclusive Identity Project

At UMass Chan Medical School, we foster an inclusive and welcoming campus community. The Inclusive Identity Project allows you to securely enter your Pronouns, Gender Identity and Legal Sex marker in the HR Direct employee self-service system and update your pronouns in Microsoft 365 Teams. Sponsored by the Office of Human Resources and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, this initiative aims to provide a respectful and seamless experience for everyone. Future enhancements to support this goal include the ability to also update your chosen or preferred name.
