Camila Martinez Calejman awarded a CONICET fellowship

Congratulations to post-doctoral fellow Camila Martinez Calejman on winning a CONICET repatriation transition fellowship.  This prestigious award is designed to help talented researchers, who have trained at foreign institutions, to return home to lead their own independent research labs in Argentina. 

While in the Guertin lab, Camila published important studies on mTORC2 signaling and ATP citrate lyase.  She also led a fantastic cross-institutional collaboration with the labs of Katy Wellen (Penn) and Nate Synder (Temple) that continues to thrive.

While working in our lab Camila was also funded by the American Diabetes Association (2015-18).
