Meet Our Fellows 2024-2025
Shannon McCleery, PsyD
Fellow in the Fitchburg Family Medicine Residency
Shannon is a first-year fellow at based at Fitchburg Family Practice. Shannon earned her BA in Psychology from Rutgers University. She completed her MS and PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a major area of study in Health Psychology at Antioch University New England. Shannon's dissertation was titled The Impact of Workplace Support and Job Control on Burnout in Nurses. She completed her predoctoral internship at AllCare Medical Centers through the Centerstone Consortium in Bradenton, FL. Shannon's clinical interests are include chronic care management, integrative behavioral medicine, and anxiety management.
Sarah Miller, PsyD
Fellow in the Worcester Family Medicine Residency
Sarah Miller earned her BA in Anthropology from the University of Vermont, with a minor in Psychology. She completed her Master’s in Social Work from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA and PsyD from William James College in Newton, MA. Her pre-doctoral internship was completed at Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital in Bedford, MA. She has experience working with refugees and immigrants, both in the US and abroad, and working clinically with patients across the lifespan to provide culturally informed and accessible care. She has received specialized training in primary care behavioral health and a range of evidence-based and trauma-focused treatments. Sarah’s dissertation focused on how Arab American parents approach topics of race and racism with their children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outside in nature, and reading
