Daria Szkwarko, DO, MPH is an Associate Professor in Family Medicine at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University and Adjunct Associate Professor in Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of
Massachusetts. Her research interests are in TB prevention globally. In the US, she is interested in improving TB infection testing and treatment in primary care in the United States and has served as the co-Course Director for the Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Regional Latent TB Infection ECHO courses since 2019. -

Pat Iyer , MSN, RN, BC
LTBI Hub TeamPat Iyer, MSN, RN, BC is currently the Director of Disease Investigation and Case Management at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Division of Global Populations and Infectious Disease Prevention and provides supervision and direction to the State TB Public Health Nurses. Pat is the Division’s CDC TB Education and Training Focal Point bridging clinical expertise to TB education.

LTBI Hub TeamLiisa M. Randall, PhD, directs the Office of Health Care Planning within the Bureau of Infections Disease and Laboratory Sciences, Massachusetts Department of Public Health. In this position she leads development and implementation of policy and strategies to strengthen public health infrastructure and capacity for public health response; directs evaluation of new strategies to prevent and control infectious disease and to advance integration of public health and primary care; and leads capacity building and quality improvement activities.

Co-Course Director, Co-facilitatorRebecca Thal, NP-C, AAHIVS,
is a family nurse practitioner and HIV specialist at Family Health Center of Worcester (MA), and an Instructor at UMass Chan's Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing. She is a 2019 graduate of the University of Massachusetts Community-Based HIV and Viral Hepatitis Fellowship, with additional concentration in latent tuberculosis infection. She has served as co-Course Director for the Massachusetts and Regional TBI ECHO courses since 2020.
