To make an appointment:

Call 774-441-7615 or email DMDProgram@umassmemorial.org between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST Monday-Friday.

Please be aware that our clinical staff is in clinic on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so non-urgent calls will most likely be returned on a Monday, Tuesday or Friday.

If you have an emergency after office hours or on a weekend/holiday, email Brenda.wong@umassmemorial.org and/or kcourtney.shellenbarger@umassmemorial.org

If you are at the Emergency Room due to an illness or injury and need our input, you may page the team at 508-387-7381.

*Please note: routine requests such as medication refills, test/lab results or other non-urgent questions will be addressed on the following business day.

If you or your child are experiencing a true medical emergency, please call 911.

If you need a prescription refill:
Email DMDprogram@umassmemorial.org a week before the medication runs out.
