Holly Brown
Holly Brown (she/her/hers) is admin manager for the Diversity and Inclusion Office. Brown is responsible for coordinating and supporting underrepresented affinity groups and student mentoring programs that are designed to support faculty, staff and students’ safe spaces. She also manages the diversity programs for underrepresented college and high school students that provide opportunities for career exploration in an academic health science center. She is responsible for the administration of the Diversity and Inclusion Office. She previously worked as diversity and inclusion coordinator. Previously, she worked for 10 years in the Human Resources Department in many roles. Her first role at UMass Chan was supporting the Worcester Pipeline Collaborative in the Office of Student Services.
