The Center has a flexible approach to directed research.

Some research work is based on investigator driven protocols and is most often funded by grant monies. 

Sponsor initiated research, on the other hand, is primarily funded by Industry partners.

In either instance the Center uses its resources, facilities and expertises to efficiently and profitably bring new technologies to market
