UMass LIGHT aims to grow students at UMass Chan through community events, professional development, and mentorship. There are many ways to get involved

For Students

• Join a Mentorship Program as a mentee: Navigate to the "Mentorship Program" tab above to learn more about the mentorship programs in UMass LIGHT
• Join the UMass LIGHT leadership team or a specific mentorship program leadership team
• Attend community events (i.e., back to school BBQ, mentorship training, networking events, conferences)

For Faculty

• Join a Mentorship Program as a mentor: Navigate to the "Mentorship Program" tab above to learn more about the mentorship programs in UMass LIGHT
• Host a workshop in an area of professional development that falls in your area of expertise
• Host networking events for mentees
• Host a mentorship training session or community event
• Develop leadership development training materials for us to host on the Leadership Development page
