Eating Disorders Awareness Week: Get in the Know
For the 4th year in a row, we are proud to be a National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) Awareness Week (Feb 26-March 3, 2024) collaborator and help NEDA in their goal to educate the public about eating disorders and to engage in efforts to provide hope and to engage support for individuals and families affected by eating disorders.
In order to better recognize, support, and effectively treat eating disorders, public awareness is key. This year we are joining NEDA to “Get in the Know” and learn about eating disorders, get involved in raising awareness, and share information and resources. #EDAW2024
If you or someone you know is struggling with body image or eating concerns, NEDA's toll-free and confidential helpline is here to provide support, information, and treatment options. For 24/7 crisis support, text "NEDA" to 741741
Our 3 featured Young Adult blogs focus on two personal accounts of struggling with eating disorders and mental health challenges and "who's at your table" list of valuable resources to get support for recovery.
