Following your visit

Within 10 business days of your visit, a comprehensive clinic note including all test results and doctor recommendations will be prepared. The note and each test result can be accessed through MyChart, the secure online patient portal. Once you receive notification, please review the note carefully.

Follow-up appointments can be scheduled up to one year in advance. If your schedule is certain, let us know and we will gladly reserve a specific date for you. Otherwise, we will email you a few months before your follow-up appointment is due to remind you to schedule your next visit.
