Resident Fun

Residency is a formative experience in one’s medical career, both personally and professionally. The colleagues you meet at UMass dermatology will be there for your entire career and we recognize these bonds are forged within clinic as well as outside. Our department supports resident activities to build these relationships and to not only support but prioritize life work balance. This includes protected wellness time, an annual resident retreat (with faculty call coverage to protect), graduation dinner, volunteer events, faculty-hosted parties, and many more. Residents serve as wedding attendees, backyard BBQ diners, and great friends in a pinch. If you spend time here, you are going to find out that we really like each other.
