Who are these short courses designed for?
In the decade since we began offering our Primary Care Behavioral Health Certificate Course, Integrated Primary Care (IPC) has advanced, and more and more Behavioral Health clinicians are building expertise in IPC on the job. For some of them, our full Certificate Course may not be the best solution.
Similarly, practitioners working in integrated mental health clinics ("reverse integration") may need a different orientation to integrate their skills with the team. And those working with the elderly or in pediatrics may prefer to focus on those populations.
How do the short courses work?
CIPC is now offering the opportunity to take short courses in selected Behavioral Health and Primary Care topics organized by topic areas. The content and faculty are identical to Certificate Program modules. You may take one or several.
These seven short courses are online and accessible 24/7 and are available at one registration site.
Each course has been carefully and thoughtfully built and includes downloadable handouts and links to important web-based resources.
Technology Requirements
You can access the course you enroll in with an internet-connected device with speakers: a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone. For the optional online Q&A sessions, a broadband connection is strongly recommended.
Tuition & Payment
- $400 per individual, per course--please note that we do not allow multiple individuals to view the course with a single registration. Each individual must register separately.
