Peking University School of Public Health Delegation visited UMass
A delegation from Peking University School of Public Health visited UMass. The delegation was led by Executive Dean of the school, Prof. HU Yonghua. Prof. WANG Peiyu (Chairman of Department of Social Medicine and Health Education), Mr. REN Tao (Director of Dean’s Office), Prof. CHEN Juan (Vice Dean), Ms. ZHANG Jingyi (Director of Student Affairs Office) and a group of undergraduate students are in the delegation. They met with Dr. Judith Ockene (Associate Vice Provost for Gender and Equity and Chief of Division of Preventive and Behavioral Medicine) and other faculty members of the Division of Preventive and Behavioral Medicine to discuss potential collaboration projects. The students also met with Dr. Carole Upshur, Associate Dean of the Morningside Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences to explore potential graduate studies. The delegation also visted the School of Public Health at UMass Amherst.
