Philips CM10 Electron Microscope
The Philips CM10 is a transmission electron microscope providing high contrast, routine observations of sections, negatively stained or shadowed specimens, etc. It has similar computer control to the CM120, possesses a goniometer specimen stage, and also is capable of low dose operation. The microscope is simple to operate and generates high quality, high resolution images at conventional voltages (60 to 100 Kv). This microscope also possesses the Philips Electron Optics chromatically corrected objective lens making it capable of imaging semi-thick sections up to 0.5 µm thick while still providing excellent image quality.
