About Us
The goal of the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) Program is to enhance the quality of human research and to support the improvement of human research protections at the UMass Chan Medical School (UMass Chan).
The QA/QI team works with investigators, research staff, and the Institutional Review Board (IRB) to ensure research is compliant with regulations, guidance, institutional policies, and best practices for human research protections.
