What Is the Human Research Protection Program?
The UMass Chan HRPP is a comprehensive system that supports the protection of the rights and welfare of subjects in Human Research. Components of this system include the IRB, Research Integrity and Conflict of Interest programs, the Office of Clinical Research, UMass Chan senior leadership, Radiation Safety and Biosafety committees, as well as every investigator and study team member involved in human research.
