Rates and Services

The Confocal Core is designed to provide excellent laser scanning confocal microscopy to UMass Chan Medical School research groups.

$30.00 per hour for confocal time for UMass Labs. Training is available for use on our microscope and is free with 10 hours paid commitment for each trainee for confocal time to be used within 6 months. Technical support is free.

The confocal microscope is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
